Dr. Roh serves as the Director of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute and Chairman of Swedish Hospital’s Integrated Spine Program. He has over 15 years of experience as an inventor, angel investor, and serial entrepreneur and holds multiple patents through the USPTO. Dr. Roh earned his M.Sc. from Columbia University, MBA from University of Washington, and M.D. from Medical College of Wisconsin.

Mr. Han specializes in intellectual property law with an emphasis on strategic portfolio development, investment due diligence, and commercialization of IP.

Mr. Han previously served as Senior IP Counsel at Intellectual Ventures where his team was responsible for managing all aspects of prosecution and asset maintenance for one of the world’s largest patent portfolios, with more than 30,000 assets and over $6 billion in investor capital.

Before joining Intellectual Ventures, Mr. Han practiced intellectual property law for over 10 years representing clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, STMicroelectronics, and Seagate.

Mr. Han earned his BSEE and JD degrees from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Washington State Bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Robinson is a Cambridge educated MBA with additional graduate degrees from UW. He has extensive business, IP monetization and strategy experience. He has completed over 150 transactions including several high profile $20M+ deals with Fortune 500 companies including a seminal $25M telecommunications deal.

Mr. Hong is an international investment banking executive with over 30 years of experience. Centered on equities, he has experience in the U.S. and Asian markets, as well as the buy-side and sell-side of investment banking. He has been involved in three business start-ups and two restructurings. Mr. Hong received his BA and MBA from the Wharton School.

Ms. Kataoka’s background ranges from being a tribal missionary in the Amazon jungle to the CEO of the health tech startup, Transpara Health. She was previously the Director of Operations and Finance of a tech incubator and had successfully founded and run other businesses. Ms. Kataoka holds a B.A. from University of Washington.

Mr. Kim has over 12 years of finance and investment experience, which range from working at startups to Fortune 500 companies. His broad experience include functions such as financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting. Mr. Kim received his MBA from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Moretto has 16 years of experience managing large and small intellectual property patent and trademark portfolios for boutique and international law firms. She previously served as the Senior Administrator of Intellectual Property for Innovation Law LLP, TechLaw LLP, and AlbertDhand LLP. Ms. Moretto studied at George Mason University.

Michael is a Relationship Manager with 25 years of professional investment and capital markets experience. Prior to joining Columbia Pacific Wealth Management, Michael spent 19 years as a Founding Partner and Senior Investment Committee member at The Hedge Fund, Steelhead Partners. He earned his MBA and B.A. in Finance from Seattle University.

Mr. Choi earned his MBA from Rutgers University and received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley.

Mr. Chang formed Accolade, Inc. in April of 2000 and then Susterra EnVision as an affiliate of Accolade to find solutions to reduce the factors contributing to global warming. Prior to Accolade, Charles was the Managing Director at Deutsche Bank Korea. Charles earned his MS from Dartmouth and B.A. in Economics from UC Berkeley.

Mr. Shin is a partner in Bain & Company's Seoul office and the leader of Bain's Organization practice in Korea. With more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, both in the United States and Korea, He has advised clients in a broad range of industries. Mr. Shin holds an MBA from University of Chicago and graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University with a BA in Economics.
